Credit validity and refunds
How long purchased and free credits last, and how refunds work
Validity
- Purchased credits (top-up): 3 months from the top-up date
- Free credits (check-in, events, first sign-in): 30 days from the day you receive them
Refunds
- Within the validity period: unused purchased credits are fully refunded.
- After the validity period: purchased credits can no longer be used, but if you ask within 5 years of the top-up date, the remaining amount is refunded minus 10%.
- The refund amount is your remaining purchased credits multiplied by the price you paid per credit at top-up.
- Free credits and bonus credits received with a top-up aren't refundable.
- Credits used for readings you've already seen aren't refunded.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
