Refund Policy

This service provides analysis based on digital content. Once the results have been accessed, the service may be considered as having commenced.

Refunds are not available in cases where service access has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service.

If a system error or other issue attributable to the Company is confirmed, the matter will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted once the results have been viewed.

If normal usage activity is confirmed, partial refunds may also be restricted.

Refund requests must be submitted via the customer support email. Requests will be reviewed and processed within five (5) business days from receipt.
