Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the PARANAVI® Lucky service (“Service”) provided by The Field Player Co., Ltd. (“Company”), and are intended to promote sound and reliable use of the Service based on mutual trust between the Company and users.

“Service” refers to the PARANAVI® Lucky PC and mobile web services provided by the Company.

“Member” refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

The Company shall post these Terms within the Service so that Members can easily review them. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any amendments, the Company will provide notice of the revised Terms through the Service or via email.

An individual may apply for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company. Membership shall be granted upon the Company’s approval.

Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of their account information.

Members shall use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service if necessary to ensure stable operation.

All content, analytical frameworks, and materials included in the Service are owned by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or otherwise exploit such content without prior written consent from the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure events, technical failures, or causes attributable to the Member.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or individual suitability of the Service results.

The Service provides fortune and astrology interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection; it does not guarantee future facts or outcomes.

The Service results do not replace professional advice in legal, tax, investment, medical, or psychological fields.

Paid features within the Service may be offered on a one-time purchase basis or as subscription services.

Refunds may be available if no results have been accessed or used after payment.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted once results have been accessed.

In cases of system error or duplicate payment, the Company may process a refund upon verification.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
