Privacy Policy

Account and authentication information is managed in the source system of PARANAVI One ID. Lucky references only the ObjectId used to identify an account and does not separately copy names, email addresses, or passwords. To calculate readings, we process date of birth, birth time or an unknown-time indication, place of birth, calendar type, leap-month status, and selected gender. To operate the service, we may process calculation results, language, calculation and interpretation versions, creation time, access records, and error records. For guest use, we use a hash of a random identifier generated in the browser and do not store the original identifier on the server.

The information is used to generate a chart and interpretation from the submitted data, verify the owner of a private result, and attach a guest result to a One ID account after login. If payment functionality is enabled, payment identifiers are processed for payment verification, entitlement, refunds, and customer support.

Guest birth information and results become eligible for automatic deletion 30 days after creation. When a guest result is attached to an account after login, the guest-expiry information is removed. Member data is retained until the member requests deletion or the purpose of the service has been fulfilled. Payment and dispute records subject to legal retention obligations may be stored separately for the required period. Database expiration runs in the background, so a short delay may occur before actual deletion after the expiry time.

Results are private by default and may be accessed only by the account owner or the guest who originally created them. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis or the user has given explicit consent.

Database, hosting, email, and payment providers may be used to operate the service. Before production use, we will disclose the applicable providers, processing countries, data categories, and retention periods.

Reproducible calculations such as the Four Pillars chart are performed by a deterministic calculation engine. Generative-AI conversation does not arbitrarily create data in place of calculation results. The transmitted data and retention policy will be disclosed separately before the feature is enabled.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for their personal information. The Company applies safeguards including least-privilege access, ownership verification, protection during transmission, and password hashing.
